First We get to know you
It sounds simple, because it is. As early as your initial enquiry, we’ll start getting a feel for the type of experience you want. We want to hear all about your interests, aspirations for the future, and experience to date. We know which destination best matches your requirements, whether you want to learn more about rural healthcare, or are fascinated by birthing traditions.
NeXt We get creative
We’ll arrange a call with you to start going into the specificities of the kind of placement you want. We'll cover things like the departments you’ll be working in, whether you want to focus on outpatient visits, ENT, or split your placement between dermatology and arranged outreaches. Whatever you're interested in, we can make it happen.
Then We keep on listening
We don’t class the job as finished once you’ve arrived in destination. In fact this is where things get even more involved, as we strive to ensure you’re making the most of your placement as it's happening. Our teams on the ground make regular trips to the hospital to catch up with you during working hours. This means that should the need arise, we have the ability to tailor your placement in the moment, too.
